• Preparing new SAP files as per the prescribed manner.
• Maintaining and updating of system files on daily basis.
• SAP system data collection, updating, maintaining as per required by administration.
• Filing of SAP documents list in hard copy i.e.
Proposal and approval form and annexes, Contract /additional terms, financial report and appraisal forms, Narrative reports, General correspondence with partners, Evaluations, External funds and SAP documents.
• Ensuring that all SAP filing system is corresponding with all its soft data as well as hard copy.
• Ensuring all the receipts of signed SAP contracts and Acknowledgments of partners and timely completion of files.
Key Responsibilities:
