• Oversee and manage a Performance Evaluation System that drives high performance.
• Maintain payroll for all employees with relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures of organization.
• Maintain, revise and updates organization’s SOPs in consultation with Board of Directors (BOD).
• Record maintain of minutes of important meetings and adherence to org. Policies and standards.
• Identify and research human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
