• Project Management
During my current course of job, responsibilities under this umbrella include planning, organizing, and directing the completion of the concerned project tasks and activities for the organization while ensuring they are on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Coordination with Stakeholders
Preparing engagement plan with stakeholders in consensus with the Executive Director, setting up workshops and conferences are the key functions in this realm. Due to the current pandemic situation, preparing successful Zoom meetings, drafting out meeting agendas and minutes and executing the meeting plan is what is being practiced efficiently.
• Capacity Building and Business Development
Look after designing project work plans and individual work plan, establishing TORs and training modules on Leadership, Governance, Climate Change, Civic Rights and Responsibilities mainly, conducting trainings and preparing reports and and doing its assessment.
• Reporting and Record Keeping
Developing, maintaining, verifying and evaluating project reports, overseeing the switch from paper to electronic record-keeping and dealing with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external clients are the major roles.
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
This includes creating quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and processing document in a monitoring, evaluation and learning plan, guide in training staff and partners in MEL system implementation, coordinating with all data collection efforts, ensuring data quality and processing and analyzing the data for donor are the predominant tasks performed by me.
• Social Media Communication and Outreach
Overseeing the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Other duties include helping in analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
