Coordinate timely and support accurate processing of the payroll for all staff in accordance with current company policies and procedures including:
· review and extracting of timesheets
· reconciliation of workers compensation payments calculation of overtime and other payments as required
· reconciliation of workers compensation payments calculation of deduction and reversal.
· Supporting all payroll related functions.
· updating and maintenance of Employees record of files and their letters history and other records
· Provide advice, guidance and support to the broader department and HR team on payroll & other operations specific matters
· Maintaining the integrity of the payroll system and associated processes through accurate and complete administrative and payroll processes, data entry, record keeping and document management.
· All required documentation is checked for accuracy and completeness prior to the data entry of relevant costing records and wage/salary.
· Handling employee queries and support our internal employees that have payroll inquiries.
