Weekly Production Meeting with Production Head and Discuss Flow-up Order Status
Generate the Order Analysis Report (Plan V/S Actual).
Prepare the Month Dispatch Planning (Local & Export Order).

Month wise Maintain a master schedule that supports business forecasts, including establishing lead times, lot sizes and safety stocks
Monitor production load/capacities and inventory levels (to include Raw Materials, WIP, Sub Assemblies, Finished Goods)

Collect the order from sale department and generate customer wise new BOMs
Enter the packaging material in BOMs. Approved and activate the BOMs
Open new account of new articles and new material related with packing.
To enter the routings and assigning of work stations to all the items in BOM.
To generate the PRDs and amendment of pick list according to customer order.
Study of customer manual and fide out the requirement our concern.
Prepare the packing instruction according to customer requirement.
Provide the information to purchase department and supplier about packaging.
Prepare the Packing list for make the packing material.
Contact with supplier for further information and correction in packaging material.
Physical check the shoe box and packing carton in dead stock and utilize them.
