▪ Develop and maintain the Policies, procedures and formats/records required for Quality
Management system, Environmental Management System, OH&S Management System,
Energy Management system to ensure compliance with legislation and certification.
▪ Monitor and maintain the compliance of IMS, legal and customers standards requirements
▪ Internal Auditing as per requirements of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001),
GRS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Technical COC and OEKO TEX 100.
▪ Supplier/vendor development through onsite audit and verification against vendor evaluation
and re-evaluation criteria
▪ Root cause investigation & Analysis and corrective action plans and ensure the
implementation
▪ Preparing the internal audit report and present to senior management in MRM.
▪ Identifies the productivity improvements, cost saving and recommend action plans
▪ Ensure implementation of HSE plan and continually monitor, update and communicate the
plan
▪ Incidents/ Accidents investigations.
▪ Planning and Execution of Internal Audit programs.
▪ Ensure compliance with IMS and national/international legal and statuary requirements
▪ Identify and assess IMS Compliance risks and opportunities with Process Owners
participation
▪ Dashboard Development for IMS
▪ Ensure the compliance of IMS Objectives and targets
▪ Ensure to compliance of IMS and customers Certification
