Conduct  monthly and year-end closing procedures,ensuring compliance with  accounting  principle and regulations.5. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain a seamless cash flow system .6.Manage and process payroll,taxes,and employee benefits .7. Assist in coordinating external audits and complying with audit requirements .8. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends,discrepancies,and opportunities  for improvement.9. Participate in financial planning and forecasting activities support strategic  business  decision.10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
