Recruitment & Selection:
.
a. Plan & respond to recruitment needs in timely fashion including plan for staffing needs for upcoming projects

c. Provide Guidance to hiring managers in finalization of Job Description (JD) and preparation of draft advertisement for circulation
d. Taking lead in Short listing process
e. Provide Guidance to HR team to prepare the interview documents, Compilation of the interview results, Reference Checks of the selected candidate, Placement of job offer etc.
f. Ensure that recruitment process is transparent & in line with Polices & Procedures.

Employment Contract & Induction.
a. Review and approval of employee employment contract
b. Ensure On-boarding for all new joiners with periodic field visits for additional support to fields team including hire packs, contacts documents, policies acknowledgement & departmental orientation

Training & Development:
a. Assisting employees in identification of training & assist HR Country office team on staff training needs & develop development plans
Compensation & Benefits:
a. In coordination with HR CO and Finance department prepare an Addition/Deletion & address queries on monthly basis for preparation of payroll.


Health Insurance:
a. Take lead in processing Health Insurance Claims
b. Facilitating staff members in their reimbursement of claims

Performance Appraisal process:
a. Intimating the supervisors about the Probations, Staff Performance Appraisal.
b. Collect & review staff performance appraisal & provide guidance to Supervisors to conduct the appraisal as per the defined criteria.



EOBI
a. Taking lead in all correspondence with CO for additions/deletions, payments.

Office record
a. Supervise & Provide Guidance to HR team for maintaining office records and employees job & personnel files on need basis with high confidentiality,
