• Providing backend support to Easy Paisa subscribers / retailers.
• Handle outbound/Inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Correspondence & Follow ups with internal & external stakeholders. Keeping a strong follow-up on all the issues reported via emails and providing correct and immediate resolution.
• Performs key tasks of data reporting, invoicing with respect to their collection.
• Co- ordination with UBP companies for data reporting, reconciliation and regular feedback for smooth alignment of project.
• Reporting to Tameer Management & Telenor management regarding recon/ queries.
• Initiating funds transfer instructions to various clients w.r.t to their collection.
• Assist BISP project, reconciliation and audit.
• Working under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Using different strategies which will be helpful to achieve and meet goals.
