1- Supervise all laboratory functions; ensure reliable and timely analysis /results for smooth production activities.
2- Assist Unit Manager in co ordination and control of all laboratory activities.
3- Responsible for maintaining civil structure of the laboratory.
4- Inventory control of chemicals and glassware’s.
5- Training of Management associate and Non-Management associate.
6- Analysis and issuance of analysis report of raw chemicals / special samples.
7- Identify and understand company policies, objectives, strategies and procedures for their strict compliance.
8- Updating work instructions /Makes sure the most recent version of all relating international standards is readily available at the lab.
9- Ensure implementation of all HSEQ procedures.
10- Calibration of all laboratory instruments and maintaining calibration record of all laboratory instruments.
11- Randomly counter verify analysis of different samples.
12- Maintain communication up and down on all laboratory matters.
13- Create Purchase Requisition for purchase of chemicals and glassware’s.
14- Work on different assignments as directed by Unit manager.
15- Conduct housekeeping audit on weekly basis.
16- Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly lab reports are complete, accurate and submitted on designated times to the designated people.
17- Responsible for maintaining MSDS record
