Conduct Quarterly training of Team on Levis Garment & Fabric protocols.
Developed business plans and sales strategies designed to ensure attainment of sales and profitability goals. Provided weekly projection of payment for financial reporting.
Contribute to improvement of departmental processes, especially relate to client issues & internal communication.
Handle new customer contracts and purchase orders.
Worked with Technical teams, to deliver the correct reports & Resolve the complaint quires regarding the fail reports.
Development and implementation of policy and procedure of Levis.
Coordinate with Levis vendors for aspects of the Testing Requirement

Manage a team of representatives offering customer support.
Monitor the work of team.
Completing various roles and tasks assigned on job.
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method.
