Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar LLC are the sole authorized dealer of Heavy Machines for several leading brands like Caterpillar, Cascade, Atlet, Konecranes, Landoll, Dalian, KAUP, MCFE & Terex Cranes in GCC (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain) Company currently have 11 Branches and 3 Rental Stores manned by over 2000 personnel.
Major responsibilities assigned during my employment tenure are:

 Prepares and scrutinized accounting documents submitted by the branches in preparation of financial audit and proper reporting of Gross profit analysis to Caterpillar.
 Internally auditing global revenue management of the company in particular of special pricing.
 Independently processing claims through GCSS (Caterpillar Claims System) and reports accurately.
 Prepares a variety of reports, claims, records, correspondences including consolidation of company’s annual budget.
 Piloted Caterpillar\'s Global Commercial Support System (GCSS) in the Middle East.
 Generates reports such us Costing analysis and effects of SPA (Special Pricing Arrangement) to customer and long-term benefits to the company.
 Review financial data for machines and sold under Special Pricing Assistance (SPA) terms to assure conformance with established guidelines and agreements and to be able to determine profitability.
 Reports audit results to Finance officers such as Management and Sales Controller.
 Follow Up for Order Acknowledgements from the Suppliers.
 Checking purchases with sale agreements and with approved quotations.
 Responsible for checking the Product invoices & calculates the Machine\'s total Landed cost and Selling Price.
 Monitor mismatched records; Transferred of SRC’s to Caterpillar or other dealer and prepared variety of Claims & Correspondence.
 Coordinate with Caterpillar Trade Lane Management for the bookings of Machines & Attachments thru Sea or Air Shipments.
 Examined all kind of shipping documents for delivery of goods to all six Branches as per SSD
