• Currently working as, a Team Lead (plant Supervisor) operational and maintenance to carry out timely and quick operation & maintenance in order to extend assets' life and running plant operations at maximum efficiency.
• Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Implement and compliance to 5’s standards and assisting implementation of HSSE Improvement proposals and compliance to HSSE procedures
• Train and coach production line employees & conduct employee performance reviews.
• Coordinate production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings
• Responsible to meet shift production goals.
• Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Complete shift paper work and assist in production as necessary.

Commissioning and Installation phase.
• Key role in Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Operations of automatic system of lubricant oil filling and packaging lines of Shell Pakistan.
• Hands on experience in Testing, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting at various phases of project commissioning.
• Responsible for swift execution of active and breakdown maintenance and performing root cause analyses to maintain operational status
• Excellent knowledge of various control systems and their integration for navigation through electrical drawings and technical manuals to trace faults.

Operational Phase.
• Taken on site operational training from CFT Italy team on following automatic machines:
 FANUC M-410IC/315 Robot
 Weight Oil Filling Mono Block RPR 24/5 and RPR 36/5
 Empty and Full Pallets Conveyor
 Depalletizing Table
 Robo Pack Helix 4/2
 TMG Carton Erector, Automatic Packaging and Carton Close Sealer.
I have full hand on experience of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of above mention Automatic Machines.

•To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.
•Supervise the electricians in handling all the electrical works considering the safety and quality requirements.
•To check the entire work as according to approved drawings. Handling of electrical load as per requirement.

•I am responsible for operation and maintenance of 60 towers of Mobilink at khanpur Ryk.
•Perform 2G and 3G site inspection, equipment check and preventive and current maintenance of BTS and MW elements.
•Perform and conduct rectifier settings and parameters check, and rectify any deficiencies (defective batteries and modules).
•Maintenance of diesel engines, alternators and ATS control.

•Radio maintenance for all types of BTS, BSC, Node-B, RNC, and MW equipments.
•Maintenance of equipments such as BTS equipment, Microwave equipments, DDF frames, Power systems and others.
•Environment maintenance for all types of air-conditions (split & central), fire alarms; fire fighting systems, power systems, UPS and rectifier systems.

•Repairing of PCB Cards. Troubleshooting and Maintenance of TUPESA, YILMAK, and GREEN MAC Washers & Dryers.
•Repairing, service and troubleshooting of Danfoss and Bedford Inverters
•Working on single phase and three phase wiring, Calibration of temperature
•Working and monitoring fire alarm system, Prepare Daily and monthly report.
