Major Responsibility
Implement strategy and action plans to improve audit rating of branch
Implement AML/CFT policy and emphasize on due diligence of all transactions in branch
Ensure Operational Standards and Procedures are compliant with bank Policies and SBP Regulations
Ensure proper daily cross checking of bank's activity report, monitoring of suspense GL and reconciliation of accounts as per bank operation manual
Manage clearing, remittances, collections, online operations, cheque book and ATM issuance, in order to ensure that correct procedures are adopted mitigating the risk involved.
Timely and accurate periodic reporting to H.O and Regulatory Authorities including SBP
Control the expenses of branch to maximize the profitability
Efficiently monitoring and handling of Administrative and HR Matters of branch
