Ø  Handling an asset portfolio over 1 Billion at the Credit Hub-South-I
Ø  Analyzing, Evaluating and processing customers’ request for credit lines and putting it up to the Credit Committee in the form of Credit Line Proposals which includes; Renewals, Fresh, Enhancement, Reduction & One-Off’s
Ø  Responsible for making IOM’s for Temporary Extension
Ø  Responsible for execution & monitoring of different credit transactions i.e. FIM, FATR Adjustments, & Mark-up Recovery
Ø  Reviewing and monitoring periodical statements of advances
Ø  Assessment of risk by analyzing financials and projections, industry trends, collateral and loan structure
Ø  Market checking (both formal and informal) of credit accounts i.e. through E-CIB, Credit Reports from client’s existing bank’s and cross reference from other reliable sources
Ø  Prepare Visit / Call Report inserting concluding remarks with future line of action
Ø  Liaison with internal departments of the bank like CAD, COD, BB, etc to ensure smooth processing of the transactions
Ø  Ensuring perfect execution and completion of security documentation in consultation with Credit Support Unit
Ø  Enhancement of Car Loan and House Loan Business
Ø  Bancassurance Business
Ø  Ensuring compliance with prudential and regulatory standards and adherence to internal and external policies
Ø  Provide support for internal / external investigations into customer accounts and instances of fraud / money laundering
Ø  Implementing strategies to fuel growth in the Branch\'s deposit base and other business targets
