Assessing client borrowing needs include Working Capital, Asset Based Finance, Islamic Financing, Short Term & Long Term Financing.
Managing clients Imports / Exports, Inward / Outward Remittance & Foreign Trade Solutions.
Client Profiling, Screening, KYCs / Trade Profiling, Event Driven Review (EDR) & Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Manage and enhance the existing credit portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial objectives.
In addition, to develop existing portfolio with a view to enhance earnings / improve return on assets.
Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits call reports.
Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
To analyze financial statements and assets in the preparation of credit packages and prepare credit proposal (fresh booking, yearly renewals, enhancements) of credit facilities in a timely manner and utilize the available information in processing comprehensive credit proposals for consideration & approval by the concerned authorities.
Removal of discrepancies in documentation of various customer accounts and to ensure that credit files are properly kept and are updated with latest record regularly.

ISLAMIC CONVERSION:

Remain part Faysal Bank during transformation from Conventional Banking to Complete Islamic Banking. 
Arranging approvals for suitable islamic limits according to bank policy and shariah compliance.
Conversion of convensional loans into Islamic under the guidelines of Shariah Compliance. 
Complete understanding of islamic facilities.
Designing of islamic products process flows for shariah review and approvals.
Keeping all MIS and meeting deadlines of conversion.
Implementation of FBL conversion strategy on credit portfolio.

To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial objectives.

Spread and analyze financial statements, preparation of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.
Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to acceptable levels.
Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits call reports.
Monthly ECIB reporting 

China Desk Representation in Bank Alfalah Limited:

Formally representing on behalf of China Desk in Bank Alfalah, all foreign trade related transactions to facilitate CPEC contractors.
Managing Chinese contractor’s Advance & Open Account Payments
Establishing Foreign Bank Guarantees through Bank Alfalah Limited secured through SBCG.
Managing credit limits for Chinese Contractors working for different hydro projects in Pakistan under CPEC agreement.
All other general banking facilitation, consultancy & support services for China Desk. 

Addition of quality names to build up sound asset base with focus on segments as identified/defined from time to time with consistent performance.

To keep an eye on transactions/ financial conditions/ operations of allocated customers & report any anomalies that may affect bank’s risk in future.
