JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervision and co-ordination for excavation, bed for compaction, column work and steel work.
• Supervision in brick masonry plastering, tiles & marbles fixing, plan reading and according to construct work.
• Preparing and submitting daily report to client.
• Verification of reinforcement for column footings, beams, roof slab, plastering and preparation of quantity measurement, submission.
• Drawing estimating, supervision of work and site maintenance.
• Preparation columns, footings.
• Preparing inspection report.
• Preparing Progress report.
• Preparing Completion report and submitting for approvals.
• Survey and leveling work for the excavation of the projects.
• Making the inspection report for consultants.
• Calculation of material & prepare the procurement list for the week.
• Excavation work as per standards.
• Aware with the construction steps, techniques, methods and solutions etc.
• Management & control of Site activities under Approved Quality Managements System of Company.
