It was a US Outbound and Inbound Campaign. We would call and receive over 60 calls from customers living in the United States. Our websites/publishers would publish home listings in the US for rent, rent-to-own. Besides providing home listings, we also partnered with credit repair services to improve the client\'s credit score.
We were supposed to identify the potential leads who would have low credit score (below 640), stable source of income (SSD, SSI, job, business), willing to pay online. Once we identify the potential lead, we would transfer the call to one of our credit repair partners who would assist the client and eventually generate a sale.
Performance
I took 2 days verbal training and 2 days impulsive training. On my 4th day of training my trainer passed me out as a competent agent, so I started taking live calls and was able to make 1 potential transfer and it got converted as a sale, On my 2th day of taking live calls I made 1 transfer and 1 sale, On my 3th day I made 3 transfers and 1 sale, On my 4th day I made 5 transfers and 0 sale, On my 5th day I made 6 transfers and 0 sale, On my 6th day I made 6 transfers and 3 sales.
Description
It was a US Outbound Campaign. We were selling pain relieving medications to customers living in Texas, US. All of our potential customers were old-aged, and most of them would suffer from diseases like Arthritis, so it was easier for us to convince them to buy medications from us. Once the customer was willing to get medications, we would transfer the call to one of our agents in US, he would then transfer the customer\'s call to one of the doctors who would prescribe them medications accordingly and eventually generate a sale.
Performance
I took 3 days of training and started taking live calls on my 4th day. We were supposed to make atleast 2 sales per shift. I managed to make 2 sales on my 4th and 5th shift consecutively.
