Carried out visits to thirty three union councils in Lakki Marwat for cross checking and verification of BISP survey done by National Socio Economic Registry (NSER).
1. Re entering of the remaining beneficiary of BISP.
2. Listing of door to door, each and every structure in the area by using google map.
3. Monitor the teams activities and online registration has been done on spot through door to door survey.
4. Collect and report household data from each listed structure / household on computer Tab.
5. Record and report the differences after the BISP NSER survey conducted during 2017 by Khuwando kor Organization.
6.Report, Verify and Scan the QRC recieved to community during the previous BISP NSER survey 2017.
7. Handed over the registered and verified data to the district supervisor.
8. Report issues and progress to the concerned teams in the field.

The SO/Facilitator, on the behalf of DIU was the overall responsible for all social mobilization and facilitator process through the participatory method at village and UC level. The Key responsibilities of SO/F.F were',
1. Responsible for targetting and selection of UCs & setting targets.
2. Carried out baseline surveys in the target communities of different UCs/villages.
3. Identified Resource Persons in each selected village/UC & carried out dialogues as well as arranged community meetings for CDS/CDO.
4. Mobilize and get willingness for the project implementation and intervensions.
5. Assist,facilitate & trained the CBOs/EIGs in all respect.
6. Prepare village profiles by collecting data on village statistics particularly on their population & its division in to well off/well to do & poor or poorest
7. Facilitate the CBOs/EIGs in, preparation of their Community Action Plan(CAP), identification of their needs, accounts opening, registration process with Social Welfare deptts, proper record keeping & arrangement of capacity building trainings for CBOs/EIGs.
8. Maintanance of regular record keeping of CBOs/EIGs & update the relevant project documents.
9. Design&implement through CBOs/EIGs all social & economic development packages, as a result of the needs identified and feasibility under taken. Pass on immediately their problems to technical experts & concerned line deptts for timely solution.
10. Monitor the activities regularly and report the necessary information & progress to M&E Officer at DIU.
11.Managed/handled community issues & did conflict resolutions at community level.
12. Supported the district level teams in activities planning. Work Plan formation & facilitation in schemes, other activities & in project documentation.
13. Facilitated third-party & others mission of the donors to field areas & briefed them on activities.
14. Regularly monitored the project activities & scheduled monitoring&support visits to the sites in coordination with tech, team.

UCPW are working under the supervision of WHO District Polio Eradication Officers (DPEOs). They under take the following major resp,ties/assignments.
Supplementary Immunization Activities (NID,SNID,SI Addition Doze)
1. Pre-campaign'.-
- MICRO-PLANNING'.- Assist in preparation and updating SIAs Micro-Plans include UC&Area Summery sheet, Logistic/Operational/Security/Mobilization/HRMP/Team training/Missed childern plan, UC/Area/Team map identifing & mapping high-risk areas in the specific UC. Validate MP in the field.
- Assist in slction of appropriate vaccinators as per given criteria & in their distribution as per need.
- TRAININGS'.- Assist the DPEOs and district trainers in planning, coordinating & organizing training session for vaccination teams & supervision.
- PARTNERSHIP & COORDINATION'.- Promote partnership with all influencing factors at UC level in support of SIAs.
2. Campaign Implementation'.-
- MONITORING'.- Monitor the process of implementation of the campaign as per guidelines & provide feedback to DPEOs/DC/DHO.
- DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS'.- Collect&collate the tally sheet data from the area of responsibility on daily basis.
- Ensure proper implementation of SIAs with special attention to hard-to-reach areas & under-served high risk populations.
- Attend the daily evening review meeting at UC level and also at District level held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner/DHO for every SIAs & record the findings / observations for corrective action on the following day of the campaign.
- Attend the daily evening review meetings for each and every SIAs activities as for necessary activities (pre, during and post campaign).
- Participate in preparation of realistic catch-up plans for missed children (NA/R) and monitor their implementations.
- Participate&Monitor the activities organizing for re-do / sweeping activities in the UC as required in the light of PCM/LQAs. Marker survey results.
- Facilitate the work of independent Monitors.

1. Visit regulary on time to time to Display Centers for NA-27.
2. Conduct meetings and awareness sessions with community.
3. Closed coordination with MNA/MPA of the concerned constituency, CDP and Election Commission of Pakistan.
4. Observed the activities of ECP representatives/staff out and inside the each and every display centers.
5. Facilitate the community using the ECP form A, B and H.
6. Play active role between the community and display centers staff. Also observed the General Election 2008, General Election 2013 and By Election 2013.
7. Conduct meetings with concerned constituency elders also facilitated the display cenyers staff and community.
8. Arrange community meetings/Focus Group Discussions for FAFEN District Coordinator/Observer/Elders at different places/villages especially during the constituencies election days
9. Report the daily activities observed during the election days.
10. Facilitated the community in filling the ECP format on each nominated display center.
11. Managed and handled issues/conflict on spot.
12. Facilitated third party and others mission to field areas and briefed them on activities.
13. Regularly monitered, observed the activities done in at display centers and scheduled monitoring and support visits to the sites in coordination with FAFEN.
14. Developed activities reports and onward submition to District Superviser.
15. Observe, monitor and report all the activities at polling stations.
16. Collect polled vote data from Presiding Officer/Polling Officer and report it to FAFEN on hour to hour.
17. Observe and report to FAFEN (in case of emergency), one party/person support, difficulties, delay of vote polling, doubling and collection of polled votes numbering, number checking of community personal data form, recieving the result form at end and report this to FAFEN DC/DS.
