Reporting & Analytics through ICSS for improvement areas, decision making and highlighting any issue to management
Working with regulatory and other stakeholders to manage regulatory requirements
Take input, draft, and publish 4x QA Bulletins till the end of every year
Risk Assessment of all technology departments through Risk Registers
Special Event Management
Monthly Dashboard presentations to higher management CXO
Coordinating with Legal and internal stakeholder(s) for submitting responses to PTA
Submission of monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reports to PTA within the given timelines
Ensuring Compliance to Regulatory Matrix and drafting reports to Head Compliance

Managing various projects 
Ensure compliance to PTA/RA teams requirements
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Network Surveillance and Performance monitoring
Security Management (Grant/revoke access to vendors as per agreed processes)
Special Event monitoring and timely updates to management
Compliance and Support to stakeholders (Operations, Planning, PMO, vendors etc.)

Generation of Radio network periodic and on demand reports
Escalation of critical / service impacting issues to line management
Perform on demand tasks assigned by line management
Coordination with internal/external stakeholders
Compliance to respective domain\'s QA/IS and Governance Frameworks
