Responsibilities,
Receiving amp Physical checking at the time of receiving for all types of inventory items.
Stacking, Racking amp shelving as per allocated space for approved inventory items.
Issuance of all inventory items as per department requirement on issue voucher.
Received amp issued the all items in system (SAP) on daily basis.
Physical counting on monthly basis.
Adjust the variance after approval of top management.
Participate the Other official assignment given from head of the department.
Development amp controlling of all lower staff amp workers of store.
Monitor amp maintain the record of housekeeping, safety amp all equipment of store.
Also planning amp purchasing as per instruction of the head of the department
