Worked in Saudi Arabia in an Insurance Co as capacity of Assistan Manager Payable Accounts. Main duties were
1.Petty cash supervision.
2.Bank Reconciliations supervision.
3.Handling of clients Accounts and clearing disputes to arrange incoming Co. payments.
4.Processing Clients,Providers payments of claims and expenses keeping in mind that these are not against compliance rules set by state Bank or any other regulatory Authorities.
5.Checking aging and setting rules to minimise O/s balances.
6.Preparing Branch Accounts and BS.
7. Keeping and maintaining Payable Accounts. Also handling internal and external audit.
8.Preparing financial reports for Management.
9.Dealing with Health care providers and TPAs in insurance health care system. Checking their fees structure and clearing dues.
10. Having very good experience of handling Payroll preparation and posting in GL.
11.Strong grip on Fixed Assets management including posting in accounts GL and Management reporting.
12.Preparation and submitting government Tax returns like VAT returns on monthly basis and related payments.
13.Having strong hold on inter departmental reconciliations within the Co for accurate data availability which is core point for management reporting and for correct decision making to achieve Co. goals.
