Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items
Stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control, records, purchasing
Plan and perform work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment
Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standards
Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts
Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses
Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels
Stacking of the inventory
Computerized Data entry into inventory software
Operates simple office machines
Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Report to the administration about the product shortage
Performs related and peripheral site-specific duties as required
Maintain outstanding store condition

Carrying out induction activities; orientation, site visit, induction form signing
