R.O plant.
Cooling tower plant.
Softening plant.
Potable water plant.

Monitoring, targeting and reporting all the respective work relevant to manager.                                                                
Executed Civil, Electrical and mechanical work given by authorities.
Lead team of shift supervisor, chemist, operators, electrician, and maintenance team.                                                                                 
Independently startup & Shut down plant and emergencies as per established plant operating procedures.
Lab Testing water sampling.                                                                      
Familiar with all waste water treatment plants (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary treatment plants).                                                                                   
Manage chemicals preparation and dosing according to all parameters.         
Enforce Safety  regulations 

Waste water treatment plant capacity (1920 m3 / day).
Over sees daily operation of the plant.
Leading a Shift team and give different instruction to operator and technician and helpers and supervisors and fitters for different maintenance Jobs   according to work permit and update and train to operators in different process areas of petrochemical plant.
Monitoring, targeting and reporting all the respective work relevant to manager.  
Inspects plant machinery,equipment,grounds facilities to determine need for repiar or corrective actions.
Keeps time records,prepares and submits reports and schedules work staff.
Water lab testing MLSS, MLVSS, COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, PH, DO, SV, SVI, F/M ,Color test. Turbidity
Estimates materials and sipplies needed.
Ivestigates and responds to complaints.
Responds to emergencies.
Inspect and monitors performance of contractors when assigned.
Obtains necessary permits to perform required work.
Enforces safety regultion.
Performs related duties as needed.
