- Supporting maintenance and engineering personal on shop floor in the controls aspect of machine functionality involving TIA Portal/Siemens, troubleshooting, and Profinet communications with distributed I/O, and other devices- Align with overseas team, ensure the consistency of the factory\'s standards, procedures, inspection instructions, operation manuals.- Fully estimate the quality risk of the problem, do root cause analysis and provide preventive measures. - Managed all operations of Quality Control in the facility and organized trainings for continuous improvement of Process.-To make sure that market complaints do not arise due to process and the quantity is controlled within the alarm line to ensure the standard of company for better sustainability.- Preparation of documentation and technical data while working directly with the Training Department on training guidelines to improve maintenance efficiency and sustainability.- Full Machine troubleshooting and repair in electronic/electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic processes throughout the plant.

Assistant Production Engineer- Maintenance of SMART MRT hanger system & TEXPA duvet machine. -Test the products to see its performance and eradicate (Mechanical ,Electrical and Software bugs). - Purchasing the components and parts for machines. - Completing daily maintenance and process reports for coordination with PM. - Reduce the loss and increase the production efficiency- Guide and supervise to adopt supervision, measurement, inspection, statistics and feedback for the human, machine, material, method, environment and other factors that affect product quality. -Summarize the abnormal data of production line and give feedback in time, and track the closed-loop.-When a new process is introduced on line, need to track the introducing process with spot check.
