Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct the introductory dialogues in the community for the introduction of project and objectives
To oversee the working of LSOs/CRPs and community groups in quality data collection at out of school children’s data & school level data
Hold regular meetings with School Administration in target areas for establishment of ECE centers in schools, teachers training, enrolment and retention of children
Regular tracking of enrolled children to ensure the retention of school children
Conduct training/orientation of the LSOs/CRPs/PTCs/SMCs on their assigned roles and responsibilities
Engage LSOs/VOs and community groups in identification and selection of local Primary Schools/spaces for:
Establishment of Construction of Early Childhood Education Centers and play areas
Establishment of NFE center in second shift classes
Establishment of Menstrual Hygiene Management – MHM corners and rehabilitation of girl’s washroom for provision of low cost MHM products/kits at Girls Schools with the help of school administration/trained young girls
Identification and selection of most vulnerable girls to provide Cash Based Support to overcome financial barriers to education
Make all logistic arrangements for training of LSOs/CRPs/PTCs/SMCs and act as principal trainer
Validate a certain percentage of the session conducted by the teachers on MHM in schools to assess the quality of the sessions
Active involvements of community members for project implementation.
Community outreach activities for mobilization, and default tracing and home visits
Conduct Community Mobilization session and screening in the community for improvement of livelihood.
Identified beneficiaries and provide them technical trainings.
Conduct food security awareness session within communities.
Formulated village profiling and village development committee (VDC) to avoid conflicts
Conducted need based assessment.
Conducted baseline survey.
Assist to M&E officers.
Organized capacity building trainings.

Preparation and submission of monitoring report and plan within three days to immediate supervisor after conduct of each monitoring visit.

Conflict resolution using all the techniques and methods at field level, if necessary.
Conduct monitoring visits at least 20 days in a field on monthly basis.
Identifying the third party for evaluation of the implemented projects after its completion.
Communicate all work plans and reports to supervisor on daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
