I did my graduation from University of Peshawar in 2017 and since then working on different projects with Data Support Center, Social Welfare Department respectively. My carer objevtive is to Secure a responsible career position to fully utilize my knowledge and skills, contributing to the success and smooth progress of an organization to achieve desired goals and objectives.
To provide support to functionalize the GBV Digital Referral Directory of service providers in all Darulamans and relevant offices
To do meetings with all concerned, virtually and in person
To make amendments i.e addition in indicators etc. In the GBV Referral Directory as per need of the SWD Directorate KP.
To solve the issues in implementation of the Referral Directory
To provide training to the service providers for the best utilisation of the Referral Directory
To liaison with Social Welfare Department and Rozan
To support social Welfare Department in any mentioned tasks
Any other task assigned by the Social Welfare Department.
Provide backup to Psychologist and Manager Bolo Helpline in managing the case load of calls on Bolo Helpline.
Respond to helpline calls when assigned from the potential callers, conduct follow-up on helpline calls using protocols and referral data bases.
Provide information on the GBV services and referral in cases of crisis situation by taking onboard the Managment.
Maintain up to date referral director of Bolo Helpline. Regularly update the contact details.
Assist the team in identifying clients in need of and wanting GBV Response services such as Shelter, Psychosocial Support, Legal Aid, Medical Aid etc as well as Rehabilitation and Reintegration assistance.
Maintain an up-to-date referral directory of Bolo helpline.
Undertake visits to the identified referral services to assess their quality and sensitivity to women and the issues affecting them.
Accompany the survivor to the referral services where necessary in consultation with Program Manager.
Provide referrals, in consultation with the client for long term psychological support, medical support, legal aid, shelter or other support services.
Ensure compliance with Standing operating procedures of Bolo Helpline.
Perform all duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures of Bolo Helpline.
Follow guidelines and policy on Sexual Harassment at Workplace.
Attend case supervision by discussing cases with experts.
Attend all training activities organized by the department.
Support Bolo Helpline Manager in handling Crisis Cases concerning GBV.
Any Other task assigned by the supervisor.
Technical:
Provided technical assistance and support in areas such as the design and implementation of gender analysis and assessment, resource guides and other technical resources related to agriculture / food security / nutrition, economic development / growth / strengthening, combating violent extremism, as well as energy and infrastructure.
worked with Department in close collaboration with UNFPA on the Gender Management Information System (GMIS)to build indicators for the project to digitize all gender-specific data.
Designed and facilitated meetings, trainings, and workshops regarding Women Empowerment, GBV and Gender mainstreaming
Help in development deepen and innovative approaches to gender integration, gender equality, and inclusive development, and participate actively in relevant professional (formal and informal) communities, workshops, seminars, meetings etc.
Also helped in formulization of Standard Operating Procedures for Dar ul Aman/shelter homes
Management:
Helped in manage of contracts and task orders, with Donor agencies such as UNDP, UNFPA, UN-Women, Aitimad etc.
Lead and also contributed to technical components of proposals, Policies, projects or workshops related to gender equality and inclusive development
Help in Analysis and presentation of Report from Donor and NGOs regarding GBV, women Empowerment and gender mainstreaming.
