I am ably handle responsibilities in Accounts and Finance and HR department.responsibilities included, Recording and managing daily cash book and cash related entries,Develop and check budgets for daily expenses,Recording of petty cash expenses,Ensure compliance with relevant legislation,Recording daily basis transactions of sales and purchases,Preparation of stock reconciliation and sales tax details,Assisting the tax manager for preparing carious details.A self starter who is motivated, duty bound, a highly cornrriitted team player with strong conceptual knowledge of Accounting and Costing.
• Maintain updated personnel records, leave applications, time sheets, travel requests, log book inventories and lease agreements for the concerned office
• Handle correspondence, security, liaison with agencies.
• Arrange and organize all relevant issues regarding visitors, including accommodation, transport, communication, and etc.
• Make payments for the program activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures before making any payments.
• Keep proper records of all financial activities.
• Maintain daily cash count sheet and liaison with the conventional and unconventional banking channels.
• Handle payment of salaries and other benefits if needed.
