As supervisor and the No:3 in the store my responsibilities include managing supply chain and a team of more than 20 colleagues, my main duties were ordering products from the ware house named BWG Foods, reporting the General Manager regarding the prices, delivery timings and profitability of the ordered products. I was very responsible in terms of availability of the items in any condition for the customers, providing buyers best services which make them to shop with us again and to deal with any customer queries or complaints.
