 Accurate surveying and correct demarcation of the plot as per approval from concern authorities.
 Preparation of accurate & detailed BOQ\'s and submission of the same in time.
 Survey of new retail outlets.
 Proper supervision of sites that includes provision of relevant drawings to the dealers/ contractors in time, proper technical advice to dealers, timely visits to sites as per SOP etc.
 Timely up gradation of project progress and submission of monthly reports in time.
 Accurate and timely verification of contractor’s bills. Execution of work plans in accordance with contract and purchase orders.
 Arrange for timely drawings.
 Arrange for timely submission of cases to concern Govt. Authorities.
 Minimum variation to standard drawings. Any nonconformance should be reported to the concerned focal person.
 Ensure submission of annual renewal cases by Nov-14 in consultation with Engg. Head Office.
