Responsible for PZ branch budget control and achievement of financial operational of Warehouse & Distribution.
Communicates and interacts with senior management in external 3rd party logistics providers to ensure alignment of priorities and secure support for required process changes/improvements.
To achieve KPIs and best practice monitoring of performance of Branch Staff.
Conducts analysis to identify weak gaps & works on continuous improvement with in Branch operations.
Managing staff and ensuring service/performance levels are achieved & operational objectives as per company Standards procedures, efficiently controlling costs and achieving Branch Plans.
To effectively monitor and manage Cool chain products, and ensure product storage at branch level.
Supervise I.T personnel and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Effective management of the operation to branch objectives and plans via effective performance management processes.
To conduct internal audit (100% physical stock count) monthly, quarterly stock counts & external audit in every year.
Coordination with senior management of Supply chain, to ensure stock availability.
Train warehouse staff regarding company policies, standards operating procedures.
Effectively manage the Employee Relations including discipline and grievance cases
