• Led the pilot as Technology Project Manager of an application development project funded by Bill Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) featuring geo-spatial tracking to measure performance and quality of results of public health program.
● Ensuring effective performance, governance, monitoring and reporting for the delivery of key programs and projects.
● Presently leading a multi-year program for multiple BMGF funded public health mobile applications and helping transition final products to operations.
● Develop detailed project plans and develop various verification techniques to manage scope, cost, schedule and managing risk.
● Assist in development of product backlog, participate in sprint backlog planning with the team and monitor daily scrum with the program teams.
● Participated in the in-person field discovery to understand the end users of the product to develop product backlog
● Manage the procurement team for requisition of all the required hardware and the deployment of all required equipment for the end user use.
● Partnered with business partners in product development, liaisoned with business stakeholders, sponsors and users during product development and discovery sessions. Translated all requirements into system specifications for technology, QA and engineering teams.
