I am a results-oriented development sector consultant specializing in programme/project management, project implementation and interventions, monitoring and evaluation, performance assessment, budget management, coordination and liason with donors. I have 12+ years experience working in the development sector. I have worked in various capacities in the donor funded projects such as Provincial Reforms Programme, Community Driven Local Development Programme and currently working in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector Programme. All the mentioned programmes have been funded by donors such as EU and DFID and implemented by organizations such as Adam Smith International, Oxford Policy Management Ltd and Human Dynamics Ltd. The programmes designed to provide technical assistance to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GoKP) for institutional development and reforms in the current bureaucratic and development processes of the GoKP. I have worked in implementation of KP Community Driven Local Development Policy and Education Sector Policy throughout the phases that included project planning, performance evaluation of the GoKP by evaluating the implementation of the key points of the policy, involved directly in conducting district level performance evaluation against key performance indicators, and overall supervision of the district level project interventions.
My last project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector Programme ended in March 2022, and currently I am looking for new opportunities in the social and development sector. I am a hardworking individual with strong work ethic. Throughout my experience, I have learnt many traits and skills necessary for the social sector such as enhanced ability of project documentation and report writing, monitoring and evaluation, understanding of key performance indicators, and strong coordination and liaison skills. I personally think that I am an allrounder because I fit in almost every type of position rather easily, as I have done so during my time with international donor funded organizations. I am very capable when it comes to project planning, implementation and team management. Apart from technical side, I trust myself to be a team player, trustworthy and dependable with strong loyalty towards my work.
