Key Responsibilities: 

Community Social Mobilizer will be responsible to implement all field-level activities including data collection, organize training, and meetings with stakeholders in the communities.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the District Coordinator in day to day operations of the project such as:
Data collection and finalizing of the field areas based on number in the communities
Organizing and holding community meetings
Meetings with community groups
Community Mobilization sessions
Organizing community based events
Organizing the trainings
Preparing field activity reports and monthly reports
Organizing meetings with concerned department for district coordinators and project manager
Draft or contribute to other project reports and presentations on activities as requested and provide data analysis
To maintain hard and soft data base of each consultation, meeting, and awareness session in community
Strictly follow the ethical principles of Client safety and confidentiality and informed consent while offering the services   
Data-protection protocols to safeguard confidentiality and protect those registered from potential protection risks, including violence, discrimination, or stigma
Ensure safety and security of documents/ assets handover to him/her for assigned task, in case of any loss or damage to asset he/she should immediately inform supervisor.
Follow organization policies and guidelines provided to him/her during orientation, in case of any violation of organization policy his/her contract will be terminated with immediate effect and strict action will be taken by organization.

Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to flood affected area as per project criteria.

Identification flood affected beneficiaries for MHM/Dignity kit as per project design.
To maintain documentation of provision of hygiene kit.

To prepare progress reports on a bi-weekly basis with Project Manager/.
Ensure compliance and rules under the project agreement.
To maintain documentation/Files of hygiene promotion sessions (attendance, visibility, banners, etc.)
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as per the requirement of the project.
To ensure the organization’s visibility.
Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/ Management

Key Responsibilities Management, Coordination and Quality Assurance of field interventions.Conduct different Training and Sessions on DRR, Gender and WASH, Social Mobilization, Financial Management, School health and nutrition committee (SHNC), School Management Committees(SMCs) and teacher and community representatives.Conduct screening of student to measure the nutrition status regarding health.Community mobilisation and formation of community groups and organisationsOrganise activities in the schools as per project design.Documentation of record of project activities and candidates.Report the weekly activities report.

The responsibilities of an area incharge in polio include:
Providing technical support for pre-campaign activities
Monitoring the availability of human and material resources
Supporting the selection process of LHWs
Developing the area\\\'s micro-plan
Conducting trainings for all LHWs levels
Monitoring SIAs and active surveillance activities
Serving as a monitoring and data supervisor
Using interpersonal-communication knowledge and skills with mothers, care-givers, parents, family members, and other community members/leaders
Ensuring the successful implementation of each and every task required for national and sub-national polio immunization days
Overseeing and consolidating the replies to audit reports and comments
Reviewing and following up on any outstanding audit recommendations related to the different areas of management and administration
