Installation and commissioning of Wellhead solar power system, CP system, F&G detectors, filed instruments & control system.
Coordination and meeting with clients to make clear understanding the scope and to respond and clarify their queries if any.
Preparing Permit to work (Cold/ Hot) & related certificates
Making sure project meets with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Installation and Instruments.
Commissioning and calibration of Flow Indicating Transmitter, Level Indicating Transmitter, Pressure Indicating Transmitter, Differential Pressure Indicating Transmitter and Temperature Indictor made by Rosemount. Instrument and Electrical Loop testing.
Ensure that quality control is carried out during the installation phase.
Supervise & witness Megger Tests and continuity checks on all cables.
Supervise & witness tubing loop checks and leak tests.
Prepare adequate and proper inspection records.
Participate in the resolution of quality problems.
Assist in the clearance of construction punch list raised by client.
Ensure safety standards and requirements are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superiors.
