· Managing the Import processes in a cost-effective way
· Evaluating demurrage costs and settling the same at agreed amounts
· Initiating Logistics\' projects — Liaison with Motorway Police and getting the drivers (of tank lorries) trained at Motorway Training Colleges, Pakistan
· Tracking all the shipments (electronically) and preparing reports of the same
· Making payments apropos of storage hospitality at oil terminals and WOP.
