Managing all the daily trade transactions (local and international) by getting proper import and export documents from the customers and subsequently coordinating with the compliance department for quick processing and executing of the customer transactions within the TAT ( turnaround time set with customer)
Coordinating with the credit and risk department for smooth execution of the credit line for the customers
Assisting customers by providing various facilities of digital banking solutions, cash management solutions and payroll solutions for easy and quick processing and hassle free banking
Preparing quarterly financial statements of the branch and reporting them to the State Bank of Pakistan and the Head Office
Managing staff performance on weekly basis and providing them guidance to better achieve their targets
Marketing for new client relationships and ensuring that the budgeted run rate of account opening is achieved
Ensure quality lending relationships are tapped and booked after conducting detailed scrutiny and efforts
Maintaining close liaison with the clients and ensuring a sustainable business relationships with them
Ensuring compliance with all the internal control requirements and bank polices
Ensuring the adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements with special reference of offshore banking, International trade transactions & trade related issues.
Managing and enhancing the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre- set financial non-financial objectives.
Achieving the set business and revenue targets for consumer banking business and implementing local and global AML/KYC policy
