· Supervise day-to-day operations according to defined Project Management Milestones.
· Responsible for monitoring and Track of Operational and Financial metrics of project.
· Act as Single Point of Contact (POC) to assigned Projects.
· Responsible for Strategic Planning and Coordination with different Stakeholders, Teams, Departments at National OR International Level.
· Responsible for Research and Development for Project Performance, Scope, Requirements and Priorities and deliverables.
· Build best relationships with International Stakeholder through open and interactive communication.
Interact with C-Level management / Govt High Officials to define and compliance project agreements like SLA, SOP, KPI, PR, PO etc.
· Responsible for Preparation of Slide decks and Project Documentation like PC-1, HLD, LLD, MLD, NIP.
· Handle changes in policies or renewals.
· Keep records of users interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Maintain financial accounts by processing users adjustments.
· Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined Service Level Agreements.
Resolve Users complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
Use telephones to reach out to users and verify account information.
Suggest solutions when a device malfunctions.
Compile reports on overall user satisfaction.
Perform tasks including resolve troubleshooting, user support, file sharing, printer sharing
Perform IT hardware and software maintenance procedures
