Since the establishment of SRSP in November 1989as a private, non government,non profit making,and rural support program, it is working for the poverty reduction through participatory approach. It encourages the willing communities to organize themselves in to community organization and better utilizes their skills, village based resources and capital to reduce poverty and achieve higher living standard. It is playing a pivotal role in the capacity building of communities for poverty reduction and social development in NWFP.

I have worked as a Social Organizer since May,2003 to Oct,2005 in Sabawon Organization at Tawana Pakistan Project in frontier Kohat implementing partner of Agha Khan University Karachi. Tawana Pakistan Project funded by ministery of Social Walfere and Special Education through Pakistan Bait Ul Mal in the selected area of frontier region Kohat , DI Khan , Bannu and Distt Kohisatan.
