I am Hafiza from ghizer .I have completed my msc from KIU Gilgit in Behavioural sciences in 2017 , I have well worked experience in different fields in Teaching as well as psychitric indoor and out door patient deals with mental illness and also worked as counsellor in Hilander girls hostel in gilgit ,konodas near kiu. Worked in survey as well as enumerator ,survey on school in and out of child with akrsp in 2018.
I have worked with AKU in project title "F4HE" Foundation for health and women empowerment as Senior Research Assistant for the duration of 5 months,after another project title as " TPVIx " Third party Varrification Immunization also with AKU for 2 months. After that another project title as"Center of Excellence in Women and Child Health" with AKU as a senior Research Assistant for 3 months.

Worked with AKUH a project title as F4HE foundation for health and women empowerment as a senior research Assistant for a duration of 5 months.door to door survey ,data collection,filled a questionnaire of 85 pages ,also included survey on ECD teachers at gb level ,observed two ECD teachers at assigned areas of gb .the observation is on the basis of their teaching method .we as a senior research assistant find out that that which problems faces with ECD teachers and which method is best and which method of their teaching strategy is good.
