§  OSP implementation supervision i.e., supervision of civil work for underground optical fiber cable installation;


§  Fiber testing including factory tests i.e., Routine Quality and Type Approval testing, field testing of optical fiber cable i.e., pre and post installation testing in field, Provisional Acceptance testing and Final Acceptance testing;


§  Supervision of pre-shipment quality testing of duct at factory;
