My role in this organization is HSE officer and my responsibilities are:
* Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
* Daily conduct TBT before start the work 
* Maintain all safety documents (Documents controlling)
* May exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
* Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.
* Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
* Promotes safe practices at the job site.
* Carry out PTW Monitoring and review 
* Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
* Watch all  site working safely and following all the correct safety procedures 

My duty rile is fire watch and hole watch in site and many of responsibilities in work site area:
* Before start hot work so maintain fire box proper ventilation inside.
* I watch Fire Extinguisher must be on site 
* Daily inspection fire extinguisher check on tag 
* Maintain log sheet.
* Identifying hazards.
* Ensure that area will good houskeep no any one combustible and corrosive material on work site.
* Incase of any type of emergency in work site area Soo stop all work and inform to supervior.
* As a hole watch to monitor all confined space hazards 
* Maintain communications with entrants to monitor entrant status and to alert entrants of the need to evacuate the confined space, use of portable monitors when necessary to sample air quality in the work area

My responsibilities in this organization asa a HSE officer is:
* Identifying hazards.
* Conduct TBT (tool Box Talk)
* Watch all activities in work site area 
* Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
* Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.
* Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
* Promotes safe practices at the job site.
* Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
* Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
* Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.).
* Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
* Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.

Responsibilities are:
* Ventilation Hazards
* General Safety
* Atmospheric testing
* Emergency / evacuation procedures etc
* Conditions of the permit and Rescue Plan(s) available.
* Maintain log sheet.
* Communication to all attendemt work in confined space.
* May not perform any other duties that might interfere with the attendant\'s primary duty to monitor and protect the entrants.
