Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Managing day-to-day operations within branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures. Supervising and facilitating process of various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments
Monitoring cash levels, order currency as needed and reconciling cash drawers to maintain accuracy and security. Providing support to customers with inquiries, account issues and financial service needs, ensuring positive experience
Assisting customers with inquiries, account maintenance and providing information on products and services. Executing various financial transactions efficiently while adhering to security and compliance protocols
