Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily reports for the visits and submit to supervisor
• Undertake field visits (3-5 days app) as per the work plan for monitoring of the APEX field monitoring and report in accordance to the formats set by the Organization.
• Responsible for maintaining chronological record (programmatic) including activity photographs, minutes of meetings and field monitoring reports etc. of all the field activities at district level.
• Maintaining soft and hard copies of all project related reports and documents.
• Sharing comprehensive reports and data with team supervisor.
• Conduct him/herself professionally and personally in such a manner so as to bring credit to name of RIZ Consulting and in no way jeopardizing its humanitarian efforts
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

-The Primary purpose of this role is the over all supervision and management of the project, implementing and monitoring of MSS Plans, CYP attainment, Projects’ sustainability and maintaining the quality of services provided by MSS
-I have lead role in managing day-to-day affairs of project executed at district Naushahro Feroze.
-General Operations
-Planning, Implementing, Controlling & Monitoring, the operations of the project.
-Working closely with SFS to supervise smooth functioning of the project that mainly includes clinics, camps and mobile activities and promotions.
-Supervising & developing teamwork among the staff through exemplary leadership, guidance, and control & ensuring personal development of team members.
-Updating Region Office on Project activities and performance.
-Identifying project issues and researching their solutions accordingly at the project and in the community
-Monitoring & Evaluation
-Project Management
-Preparing an annual work plan and budget for the project along with project teams.
-Setting & reviewing short-term & Long-term targets along with project teams.
-Reviewing projects performance and preparing strategies to achieve project sustainability
-Assisting, participating and contributing in initiation and execution of all in the project and in the community
-Developing marketing Plan, suggesting improvements and monitoring its implementation
-Implementing annual training Plan
-Responsible to submit reports in time (Project Related & Financial)
-Administrative:
-Arranging and facilitating the visits of donor, partner Organizations, and the Region and support office team
-Ensuring the monthly reports and other required data accurately and timely prepared and submitted to the Region Office in accordance with given guidelines and requirements
-Documenting, preparing and arranging logistics for annual activities, midterm reviews by donors and their representatives.
-Ensuring effective Liaison with the government, NGOs and other agencies
-Monitoring:
-Monitoring the project activities through regular personal visits.
-Facilitating the internal & external auditors and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions
-Team development
-Management of project team, their performance review
-Grievance handling and settlement of related issues
-Day to day managing of the project staff including annual appraisal and recruitment as necessary with consultation ofRegion and support Office
-Trainings-Policies and Procedures
-Ensure that all HR related policies and financial guidelines are being followed by project staff
