Create Financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay order and purchase orders.
Maintain company ladger and daily financial transactions.
Filling of Income tax, Sale tax Withholding tax returns and dealing with tax related matters.
Manage Payroll process system, including salary disbursement, tax calculation and payroll reconciliation.
Assist in Internal Audit and Monitoring of internal control.
Preparation of Financial, Income and Cash flow Statements.
Income and sale tax return filing federal and province wise.
Preparation of Budgeting and forecasting.
Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annually withholding statements, tax challan, returns and dealing with tax related notices.
Preparation and calculation of Advance Income tax under section 147 of income tax ordinance 2001.
Preparation of Withholding tax statements under section 165.
Assist with Tax related Audit.
Preparation of invoices and follow up with clients.
Oversee the monthly Bank Reconciliation and Reconciliation of Petty Cash.
Calculation and Preparation of income and sale tax returns.
Maintain and manage accounting cycle including journal entries,ladgers, payment requests and receipts.
