Leading the operations of Domestic Finish Folding.
Planning of execution existing & upcoming projects / collections.
Responsible to dispatch the goods on time to the studio warehouse.
Approval of all designs production received in finish folding.
Manage per meter cost and generation of revenue by extracting fresh fabric from defected as Un-assort and dispatch to the studio (when required).
Co-ordination with all stake holders (I.e. processing, supply chain, marketing, designers, embroidery, outsource production units).
Analysis of Machine wise yield report (i.e. Flat, Rotary, Dyeing & Digital) and report to the processing head to take corrective and preventing action in weak areas for future.
Analysis of outside processed fabric yield report.
execution of approx. 20,000,000 meters annually including (Men unstitch, Ladies unstitch and ladies Ready to wear category).
Provide deduction report to finance department of outside processed / purchased fabric and embroidery vendors according to the fabric inspection.
Managing the departmental strength of 95 head count (including workers and Staff)

Distribution plan to local market distributors, AK Studio and online.
Prepare Machine wise defect analysis report (i.e. Flat, Buser , Rotary, Digital etc) of entire collection and communicate to the processing team in order to get control weak areas in future and minimize wastage.
Handle all market and Studio complaints and resolve.
Decision to print shortfall / un-assorted packing. control on per meter cost.

Analyzing the profit & Loss and Identifying the ways to improve sales.
Planning for sales and promotion, Market survey and SWOT Analysis.

Responsible to deliver all online orders (International & local) and deliver them on time.
Managing all affairs related to advertising and promotional activities including Branded SMS, Facebook and media buying.
Analyze the product status and move the right product to the right outlet.
Forecast for future production on behalf of analysis.
Contribution for the continuous improvement aspects of all departments and functions.
Planning of distribution from warehouse to retail outlets.
Accurate stock allocation and ensure product availability.

Visit stores to conduct assessment of personnel, sales and customer service, stock room, operations and store maintenance and evaluate the performance of outlets on the basis of assigned targets.

To Plan and conduct physical stock taking of the stitching units and warehouses.
To lead the physical audit team and plan the physical audit of each unit.
Conduct the weekly and monthly physical audit of stitching units (including; warehouse stock, work in process stock and finish goods stock)
Prepare final fabric reconciliation report of each units and departments.
Control the wastage in cutting department by assigning assistant fabric accountant on floor.
Prepare order wise final wastage report of each cutting table
