Researcher at SOIL FERTILITY LABORATORY
Conducted field study to check the efficacy of microbially impergnated polymer coated Urea and CAN to enhance growth, yield and NUE of wheat.
Used chlorophyll meter, weighing balance, pH meter, EC meter, spectrophotometer, fume hood, flame photometer and Kjeldahl apparatus.
Worked with different acids (handling and use with precautions)

Estimated chlorophyll contents and auxin determination by pot study on maize plant
• Extracted different soil microbes to determine their role for plants and soil productivity
• Checked phosphorous solubilizing potential of different plant growth promoting bacteria
• Isolated and characterized different microorganisms from soils and plants with preparation of their relative media and used different streaking method
• Professionally worked with spectrophotometer, autoclave, flame photometer and laminar flow hood
