To mobilize a team of 6 RMs in order to achieve the targets of six individual branches as well as the area as a whole

Managing a portfolio of 150 million of diverse Corporate, SME and individual clients and fulfilling their banking needs by providing and shifting them to alternate delivery channels
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Secured position in top fifteen in the Lahore region and achieved thirty five percent YTD target of the area and relative branches in merely 2 months via mobilizing and directing the team members
Secured the top position consistently in the Area and achieved seventy five percent of consumer assets target including PIL, CC, Auto loans as well as banc-assurance in three months
Achieved the shifting of fifteen High Net-worth and corporate clients to alternate delivery channels and looking after smooth processing of other banking requirements including salary transfers and online deposit mobilization
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for enhancing the deposit base of the branch and managing the team of the branch staff including tellers, global operations as well as the sales staff
Responsible for tapping new clientele for Retail Lending to add in the business
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Achieved thirty percent growth in the deposit portfolio of the branch
Tapped and introduced major clients of retail lending products to the branch portfolio
