I was performing the whole Leasing process of employees\\\' cars and bikes, starting from the initial Lease request to the Termination of the lease. I am engaged in the whole documentation of Leasing such as, Purchase Order, Quotation, Lease Request, Offer Letter, Pay Order, Lease Agreement, Delivery Orders, etc.

I also performed monthly based entries of the leased vehicles in SAP and deduct the monthly rental amount from the employees\\\' ledgers. During this whole process I was actively engaged with Bankers on daily basis.

Beside this I have good knowledge of Letter of Credit upto some extent and is involved in opening of foreign as well as inland LCs. 

I was involved and perform different financial and accounting activities, such as I have carried out Procurement activities (procurement of vehicles and procurement of office equipment, etc.). I carried out Bank Reconciliations. I managed Stock Book as well as POL expenses of the whole department. I learned Billing and Quotation as well as I was involved in preparing official letters and documents. 

We Care Society/Club is an official society of Institute of Managemeent Sciences, Peshawar. I works for the betterment of environment. It carries out plantation activities as well as awareness sessions regarding evironment at different educational institutions (Schools, colleges and universities) and government offices throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad. 
Intially I was working with them as a volunteer from one and a half year then I was selected as student head of the society and was given the responsibility of organizating and managing all its events. It was an unpaid work but I got much to learn about organizing and managing events as well as leading teams.

I worked with FAFEN for almost one week with included training and work days. I performed my duty as a monitoring officer in the first provincial election of merged districts in District Khyber constituencies. I visited several poling stations and monitored the whole process of election. It was a paid work.
