I am an Advocate at High Court and I have engaged myself as a full-time law practitioner dealing in corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, banking, and service matters at the lower judiciary as well as regulator level and High Court. I have a respectable standing of 3.5 years in my legal career. I am also dealing with e-commerce, information technology laws and Intellectual property laws. I also carry out miscellaneous research of the intellectual property laws in general (and that of the USA and UK, specifically).   Earlier, I was associated with Ahmed Bashir & Associate, a well-reputed law firm based in Islamabad dealing with commercial, corporate and banking matters, power sector, white-collar crimes, intellectual property, telecommunication, information technology laws and arbitration. The firm represents a wide variety of clients, corporate entities and individuals, before trial and appellate courts and also renders consultancy services to large international institutions like the Asian Development Bank.
