Ensure Provision of Health & Psycho-social Support services (both individual and group based professional services) to the affected communities in Jaranwala (FSD) and to flood affected communities in selected districts of Punjab.
Support and Facilitate CP team in Establishment and strengthening of community based child protection mechanisms/structures to prevent, manage and address violence against children and gender based violence cases
Facilitate and support in Development of clinical handbook on Managing Child Abuse and Neglect cases including SOP\\\'s, code of conduct and referrals mechanisms are printed and disseminated among health professionals for prevention, better management and referrals.
Support CP team in Peer group and advocacy meetings with different departments and teaching institutions on aligning medical services with child protection services, inculcation of prevention, identification and management of CAN cases in medical, nursing and allied health sciences curriculum, pre service and in service training of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.
Support CP team in Sensitization, and capacity building of health professionals and allied & paramedic staff, by displaying flow charts, guidelines and referral pathways in different wards and dissemination of flyer, for proper case management.
Support in formation of District Child Protection Network with the collaboration of Districts Health and Education department.
Support CP Team in conduction of Semi Annual Progress review workshop in target districts to strengthen the capacity of District Child Protection Network and to cater for any transfers & posting and ensure follow-ups with HCPCs for case referrals, to conduct case conferences, and/or develop better linkages with child protection service providers for referrals of CAN cases.
Ensure Awareness raising of caregivers, care-providers, parents, allied and paramedic health actors, patients visiting hospitals, members of the community on GBV, PSEA, early detection, and referral of VAC, through BCC materials including static posts, videos and animations using different social media handles.
 Evaluate the existing resources, including financial, human, and infrastructural, available to the CPN.
Forge partnerships with other hospitals, healthcare providers, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community stakeholders involved in child welfare.
 Develop and implement community engagement and education programs aimed at raising awareness about child abuse and neglect, prevention strategies, and the role of the CPN.
Advocate for the integration of child protection services into routine healthcare practices and hospital protocols
Regularly evaluate the CPN\\\'s operations, services, and outcomes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
 Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives based on evaluation findings to enhance the CPN\\\'s effectiveness and sustainability.
 Advocate for policies and legislation that support child protection efforts, including funding for CPNs, mandatory reporting laws, and enhanced support services for victims of child abuse and neglect.
Implement the psycho-social strategy to meet the needs of targeted clients.
Ensure that CP programming is community driven and that community leaders fully understand and participate in the design of the project.
Work with the teams at the different filed sites to ensure sustained programming.
Collaborate with the CP Coordinator to implement the staff training plan for Program team member.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders – including community leaders  NGOs, UN agencies, Local Partners, and other sectors to enhance multi-agency and multi sectoral cooperation and coordination.
Ensure monthly data cleanup and review meetings with the CP Coordinators and Clinical Psychologists at location
Ensure submission of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report to donors.

To assist Director Program Division for meeting all assigned projects’ technical, financial, and project monitoring obligations, ensuring deliverables, and project results specified and agreed with donors are achieved, including annual work plans, performance monitoring plans, semi-annual reports and annual reports as required.
Coordinate for project administration and procurement with Administration and procurement department and proceed as per rule and regulation of Rahnuma-FPAP
Coordinate with HR department for recruitment, designing of job description, transfer, leave & attendance and staff disciplinary matter.
Work with Project team for strengthen the capacity of all Project intervention districts -linked services as per technical design of the project
Keep eye on location initiates of public private partnership to deliver comprehensive, integrated, quality SRH services, including family planning.

Support the Government of Punjab to facilitate uptake and continuation of DMPA-IM and DMPA-SC and FP overall in the district by improving service quality and accessibility for FP methods, overall in the public and private sectors, and by promoting FP decision-making, choice, and positive experience of care among women, men, and couples

2. Enable all volunteers and community workers to understand and practice the concept of disability inclusive SRH
3. Enable DPOs and communities including people with disabilities to know about disability rights and where and how to access SRH services
4. Ensure referral opportunities and cooperation of service providers in order to ensure comprehensive services for women and girls and youth with disabilities covering their needs.
- Prepare, design and conduct training on Human Rights and disability inclusion and SRH for professional, partners, governmental service providers, community workers & volunteers, community members, PWDS focusing on women and youth
- Support and strengthen partner organizations in the field of inclusion and disability inclusion
- Provide information, raise awareness and if needed coach stakeholders on the concept of inclusion and help them implement this concept in a practical way
- Ensure quality of HI and partner activities towards infrastructural and non- infrastructural accessibility (accessible building, communication, attitudes and organizations) providing adequate advice and guidance
- Depending on needs develop, or adjust existing, training/awareness raising materials on inclusion for the projects
